The Bergamot Southside cocktail is a reminder of the coastal region where Rock Rose Gin is crafted. Using Rock Rose Citrus Coastal Edition, with its notes of liquorice salt, lemon verbena and kelp, this gin is zesty and with a bracing sea air finish. It combines beautifully with bergamot and mint in this newly created cocktail recipe.
Ingredients
- 50ml Citrus Coastal Rock Rose Gin
- 25ml Bergamot juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 5 Mint leaves
- Garnish: Lemon twist and mint leaf
Recipe
- Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist and a mint leaf
