A delicious martini to celebrate World Chocolate Day!
Ingredients
- 50ml Holy Grass Vodka - Coffee Edition
- 20g Dark chocolate (70% cocoa), finely chopped
- 35ml Freshly made espresso coffee
- 25ml Sugar syrup
- Double cream
- Garnish: 2 coffee beans, cocoa powder

Recipe
- Lightly whip the cream until a little thickened, but not so much that it holds its shape
- Add the chocolate to a cocktail shaker
- Pour over the hot coffee and stir to melt the chocolate
- Add the sugar syrup and vodka, top with cubed ice and stir well
- Pour into chilled glasses
- Using the back of a spoon float a thin layer of the cream on top
- Create a marble effect by using a cocktail stick to swirl the cream lightly
- Garnish with a couple of coffee beans and a shake of cocoa powder
