- 25ml Rock Rose Gin Autumn Edition
- 25ml Red vermouth
- 25ml Campari
- A couple of drops of truffle oil
- Garnish: Slice of black truffle and a strip of orange zest

Recipe
- Place all the ingredients except the garnish into a mixing glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with the truffle slice and orange zest
