Legends may come in many different shapes and sizes…but giant monsters aside, a more recent one worth considering is the latest addition to our series of Cocktail Experiments…aptly-named the Caithness Monster. A feisty, wee beastie with a bit of a bite and magically infused with Scottish Magic.
Ingredients
- 50ml Holy Grass Vodka
- 25ml Dill pickle brine
- 15ml Fresh lime juice
- 10ml Simple syrup (equal parts water & sugar cooked until dissolved, then cooled)
- Garnish: Pickle slices fresh dill & pickled chilli

Recipe
- Stir the vodka, pickle brine, lime juice, and simple syrup in a pint glass until well-combined
- Fill a cocktail glass with ice
- Pour the cocktail into prepared glasses
- Garnish with dill pickle slices fresh dill & pickled chilli
