Celebrate 10 Years of Rock Rose Gin with this delicious Celebratory Cocktail
Ingredients
- 30ml Rock Rose Gin Original Edition
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 6-8 Mint leaves
- 6-8 Blueberries
- Champagne or Prosecco
- Garnish: Mint
Recipe
- Shake all all the ingredients, except Champagne/Prosecco, with ice
- Double strain into a Champagne flute or stemmed glass
- Top with Champagne/Prosecco
- Garnish with a bouquet of mint
