Ingredients
- 60ml Rock Rose Gin Citrus Coastal Edition
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Ginger syrup (from a jar of stem ginger)
- 1 Egg white
- Garnish: Lemon peel
Recipe
- Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with lemon peel
