Gingerbread & Gin cocktail created by Gauiter Carton, F&B manager at the amazing Torridon Hotel, for International Scottish Gin Day 2020!
Ingredients
- 50ml Rock Rose Gin
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 100ml Pineapple juice
- 30ml Sugar syrup
- 1/4 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 Ginger, thin slice

Recipe
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
- Shake for 20 seconds
- Pour into a glass to allow a nice foam on top
- Garnish with pineapple brunoises (pop a thin biscuit below)
