Ingredients
- 50ml Rock Rose Gin
- 50ml Happy Birthday Tea Infused Syrup
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- Soda water
Recipe
- Brew 1 tsp of Bird & Blend Happy Birthday Tea in 100ml boiling water for 4 minutes
- Add 100g sugar and stir until dissolved
- Allow to cool and chill. This will keep for three days in the fridge in a sterilised container
- Stir the gin, tea infused syrup and lemon juice in a tall glass with ice
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with lemon
