Ingredients
- 50ml Rock Rose Autumn Edition
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- A couple of drops of Blaeberry & Basil liquid garnish
- Champagne or dry Prosecco

Recipe
- Put everything apart from the champagne and liquid garnish into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well
- Strain into a champagne flute and top with cold champagne
- Stir gently and add the liquid garnish, a twist of lemon and a basil leaf
- A couple of squashed blueberries (or preferably blaeberries!) are a nice addition
