What do you get when you infuse the classic appletini with a healthy dose of autumnal
Scottish Magic? Well, we like to call it the Highland Apple Tartini created with our award-winning Holy Grass Vodka
Ingredients
- 50ml Holy Grass Vodka
- 50ml Cloudy apple juice
- 1tsp Lemon juice
- 1tsp Local Scottish honey
- A whole chilled apple, to serve
- Mint leaf to garnish
Recipe
- Shake the vodka, cloudy apple juice, lemon juice and honey in an ice-filled shaker until the outside of the shaker feels very cold
- Place the apple into a tumbler
- Strain the liquid into the tumbler and garnish with fresh mint leaves
