Ingredients
- 50ml Rock Rose Gin Summer Edition
- 40ml lemon juice
- 25ml sugar syrup
- A few drops of Lemon Thyme Liquid Garnish (to taste)
- Soda water
- Garnish: a twist of lemon and a sprig of lemon thyme
Recipe
- Pour the Summer Edition gin into a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add the lemon juice, sugar syrup and liquid garnish
- Stir well and top with soda water
- Garnish with a twist of lemon and a sprig of lemon thyme
