- 25ml lime juice
- 10-25ml sugar syrup (to taste)
- 50ml coconut water
- A couple of drops of Coriander & Lime Liquid Garnish
- Garnish: lime wedge and mint leaf

- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
- Add all the ingredients and stir (not shake!) for 20 seconds
- Strain into a frozen Rock Rose Gin glass
- Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaf
