Ingredients
- 50ml Holy Grass Vodka
- 75ml Apple juice, the best you can find
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 5 Mint leaves
- Sparkling cider
- Garnish: Sliced apple or lemon and mint
Recipe
- Roll the mint leaves in your hand to bruise them and add to the glass
- Fill the glass with ice
- Add all the ingredients except the cider and stir
- Top up with cider and stir again gently
- Garnish with the sliced apple or lemon and a sprig of mint
If you are making this as a batch cocktail, add the ingredients (except cider) to a jug and chill. When required, pour into glasses and top with cider.
