This delicious North Coast Daisy cocktail is created using our new Mapmaker’s Coastal Spiced Rum. Focussing on the coastal elements of Mapmaker’s Rum, we use Fino Sherry as it has a savoury note to it as well as a touch of salinity. Bergamot works well with the citrus notes found in Mapmaker’s Rum as well as a touch of sweetness to counteract the saltiness. The salt rim furthers this salinity whilst also cutting through some of the sharp citrus notes of the lime juice.
Ingredients
- 40ml Mapmaker’s Coastal Spiced Rum
- 10ml Fino Sherry
- 10ml Bergamot Liqueur
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
