We couldn’t think of a better-suited tribute than one of our newest Northern Lights cocktail created with our award-winning Holy Grass Vodka infused with Scottish Magic and paired with our delectable Rock Rose Blaeberry Basil Liquid Garnish. Delicious!
Ingredients
- 25ml Holy Grass Vodka
- 15ml Simple syrup
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 25ml Apple juice
- 2 dashes Rock Rose Blaeberry Basil Liquid Garnish (or Angostura Bitters)
- Sparkling wine (enough to top up your glass)
- A sprig of fresh heather to garnish
Recipe
- Combine all ingredients (except the sparkling wine) in a shaker and shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled flute, top with sparkling wine and garnish
