Ingredients
- 25ml Rock Rose Winter
- 75ml Tonic
- Garnish: Toasted sage or apple
Recipe
- Add the Rock Rose Winter to the glass with ice
- Top with tonic
- Garnish with a toasted sage leaf or a slice of crisp apple
The sage leaf will add to the warmth of the gin whilst the crisp apple will reflect cool frosty days!
