- Garnish: Shard of honeycomb or lemon verbena

- Pour the Sherry Cask Edition into a glass with ice
- Add tonic
- Garnish with a shard of honeycomb or a sprig of lemon verbena
By honeycomb we mean the sweet also called puff candy (inside of a Crunchie!) and not actual honeycomb from our lovely bees 😀
