Make your Sloe Gin fizz…
Ingredients
- 50ml Sloe Gin
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- Egg white
- Champagne
- Garnish: lemon

Recipe
- Add the Sloe Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white to a shaker with lots of ice
- Shake well and strain into a glass
- Top with champagne
- Garnish with lemon.
