Ingredients
- 50ml Rock Rose gin
- 25ml Lime
- 12.5ml Mint Syrup
- Garnish: fresh mint
Recipe
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until cold
- Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
