A delightful easy to make cocktail making the most of a fine dandelion or two! The dandelion honey was made using Botanica Health’s Dandelion Honey recipe.
Ingredients
- 50ml Rock Rose Gin, Spring Edition
- 25ml Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of Dandelion honey
Recipe
- Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker
- Shake hard with ice
- Strain into a chilled glass.
