A delicious cocktail to enjoy made with our Pink Grapefruit Old Tom gin, campari, grapefruit and elderflower
Ingredients
- 30ml Pink Grapefruit Old Tom Gin
- 15 Pink grapefruit juice
- 15ml Campari
- 15ml Elderflower liqueur
- Soda
- Garnish: grapefruit peel
Recipe
- Add ice to a shaker and all ingredients except soda
- Shake well until chilled and fine strain into one of our beautiful glasses
- Top with soda
- Garnish with a wee bit of grapefruit peel
