The fabulous Berry Bohan cocktail was created by Liam of Bonnie & Wild Market in Edinburgh, and was a winner at the recent cocktail competition!
Ingredients
- 25ml Rock Rose Gin Original Edition
- 25ml Chambord
- 25ml Orange juice
- 25ml Cranberry juice
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Foamer
- 2-3 Brambles
- Garnish: Edible flower with dried orange slice

Recipe
- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake
- Wet shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish with the edible flower and dehydrated orange slice
