Ingredients
- 25ml Rock Rose Gin
- 25ml Tempranillo/Rioja wine
- 15ml Pomegranate syrup/Grenadine
- Prosecco
Recipe
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake until ice cold
- Strain into a chilled flute and top with Prosecco
- Garnish with an orange twist
