As it is World Gin Day on Saturday 10th June we thought we’d share with you this delicious cocktail!
Ingredients
- 50ml Rock Rose Gin
- 30ml Lime juice
- 15ml Mint leaves
- Garnish: Mint leaf
Recipe
- Shake the gin, lime juice and mint leaves together with lots of ice
- Strain into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish with a mint leaf
