We have a few new names to add into our distillery family now! We have Fiona who has signed up to become a ‘gin wizard’. Last week she was busy trying out bottling and waxing for the very first time. A few more bottles and she’ll be up to speed! As a fab baker, she has already been assigned a position on the cake rota too 🙂 We’ll also be taking on a summer student, Craig K, to help us out as the summer rush begins and to keep our average distillery age down 😉
Tours
As the tourist season begins to take hold we are already seeing an increasing number of visitors. We have set our date to recommence tours from Monday 15th May. Laura will be there as our ‘old hand’ for tours but as she is now nipping off to events here, there and everywhere we have taken on Craig C to help us out! Craig will join us for the summer season before heading off to university to study Brewing and Distilling of all things 🙂
Tours will run on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3pm and on a Saturday at 11am and 1pm. Booking is recommended, please contact Laura on
