A combination of two recipes has resulted in this little festive treat!!
I discovered the recipe for Mincemeat Baklava in BBC Good Food’s magazine and thought I would try it with the Rock Rose Gin Mincemeat I had made following Foodie Quines recipe! I adapted the baklava recipe from Grand Marnier to using Rock Rose gin just to add to the whole Rock Rose-ness 😉
