The Spring Edition has been crafted to bring a crisp, fresh taste to Rock Rose Gin. It features 
additional botanicals such as gorse flowers, which smell deliciously of coconut, coltsfoot from the distillery gardens which give the gin a sweetness, and dandelion, that brings lovely earthy liquorice flavours to perfectly balance the sweetness.
Martin has also increased the cardamom and water mint to bring a real freshness to the gin, which has a long smooth finish
From our garden we have used coltsfoot and dandelions. The gorse flowers have been collected from around our local area.
Expect a wonderfully crisp and fresh take on Rock Rose gin!
