I love Rock Rose gin so was delighted to get a gift of a three month subscription for my 70th birthday. I loved the treats included with my pouch. My only complaint is I did not get enough advance warning of the next pouch being delivered- I kept forgetting to order a different gin for the next one. A wee reminder that I could change my chosen gin would have been helpful.

I recently had cause to message regarding my subscription. Twice actually. Once to with a complaint and when Claire became aware of it, it was rectified and I got a lovely hand written note from her. Second time was to allow me to change my subscription to a new flavour of gin. Easily rectified with instructions on how to do this. I now look forward to my next box with a new gin to try along with the usual treats – due very soon and I can’t wait to get my next box. Weather is fabulous just now and a wee gin on the deck my new favourite thing!

I received a 3 month gift subscription. This is not the first time I have had one of these so I was looking forward to my box arriving. It arrived over a week ago with ‘treats’ but no gin. I have emailed 4 times now and have had my emails ignored. I have received plenty emails asking for reviews and notifying of new flavours – basically wanting more money but will not rectify their mistake – the box was not sealed!!

Wonderful gin and wonderful service! On my 3rd box after sampling a bottle of the standard Rock Rose gin, so working my way through the editions. Subscription is so easy and is well priced with some lovely treats. Love the idea of the refill so I don’t clutter up my cupboards!

Currently enjoying our third subscription, given as presents to each other that we both enjoy! Such a pleasure to anticipate the arrival of the chosen spirit with all the extra presents enclosed. Then sit back and enjoy. Brilliant idea, and present!
