Bright and zesty with fresh grapefruit coming through.
Fresh and citrusy but very well balanced with the juniper and lovely notes of vanilla appearing.
Lasting sweetness with a depth of grapefruit tang.
Beautifully flavoured zesty gin!
Juniper is the predominant botanical – otherwise it just wouldn’t be gin! We select our juniper from two different countries. Both junipers are subjected to a vapour infusion process and the Bulgarian juniper gives lemon sherbert notes, whilst the Italian juniper gives a real warmth and depth to the flavour of the gin.
Muscovado sugar is an unrefined cane sugar with a deep molasses flavour. We use it in small quantities to sweeten our Pink Grapefruit Old Tom, and also to enhance the citrus elements whilst adding depth of flavour.
A hybrid fruit created in 18th century Barbados once alluringly called the ‘forbidden fruit’. Our distillery team happily peel our pink grapefruits ready for distillation, knowing that they can then take the fruit home to enjoy! Only the peel is used in the distillation to provide beautiful, zesty and fresh citrus flavours.
This is part of our commitment to responsible drinking.
I bought this as a gift but I own a bottle myself. Lovely refreshing taste. I like it best with plain Fever Tree Refreshingly Light tonic and ice. Any flavoured tonics would interfere with the taste of the Gin. One of my favourites.

I am a fan of the classic Rock Rose and had recently ordered the Smoked Orange which is great in cocktails. So, I have just bought an Old Tom for the first time having read about it. It is a really fresh, clean invigorating flavour and it comes through well with Fever-tree Light Mediterranean Tonic. Often flavours are lost when tonic is added but this is all there. I cut a ruby grapefruit into wedges, store them in freezer them then add one to my drink …. perfect

I love the mix of the sharp grapefruit and the soft sugar in this gin. Makes a lovely change from London Dry and one that I gladly return to. A light tonic lets you enjoy the flavours in a longer drink but I quite like it on its own with some crushed ice and a slice of grapefruit peel. Tried it with some lemon basil and it was rather lovely but that might just be my taste buds . Whatever you like it with, it is a gin you want in your selection.

This is my favourite flavour so far and I was delighted to find it was available in a refill pouch.
I hate the idea of wasting the original lovely bottle.
I am wondering what our posties down here in Devon will make of finding an empty pouch in the post box, I hope it finds its way back to you!

What a lovely fresh gin. Enjoyed year round, it’s just perfect, with a hint of flavour rather than ending up like the strongly flavoured gins which line the supermarket shelves. I got this as a refill, what a fantastic scheme that is.

I LOVE this gin. It is perfect in the late afternoon in our dry, hot summers in central Washington state, USA. If only someone could bring me another bottle! Light, refreshing, tangy and sweet. The Perfect Serve is aptly named.
