Rock Rose Reserve – Sherry Cask Edition

A rich, warm gin packed with lovely light sherry notes, gloriously amber in colour

We took Claire’s favourite Christmas tipple and created a new drink by ageing our Rock Rose gin in an Oloroso sherry cask. This complex, nutty, leathery sherry with hints of dried fruits imparts a strength and depth of flavour into the casks which gradually transfers into the gin over time.
