MAPMAKER’S RUM
Coastal Spiced Rum
The perfect gift for lovers of handcrafted rum!
Our House Rum, mastered by our distiller, Kevin, is twice distilled using our bespoke copper pot stills. We only collect the middle cut of the 2nd distillation for use in MapMaker’s Rum.
This is then blended with Caribbean rum, Loch Calder water and using Hanna’s expertise, spiced with local botanicals: lemon verbena, scurvy grass, sea kelp and Scottish sea salt.
Rock Rose GIn

Flavourful and fresh, zesty with a bracing sea air finish.
Our most experimental edition to date was inspired by the Caithness coastline and is distilled using locally foraged kelp from Shore Seaweed and liquorice salt from Hebridean Mustard Company.
