Holy Grass Vodka Apple Edition Miniature
Deliciously crisp and sweet
Our Holy Grass Vodka Apple Edition is hand crafted in small batches blending the smooth, herbaceous notes of original Holy Grass Vodka with the vibrant infusion of crisp apple. Inspired by an abundance of apples in the garden of Martin’s grandad, this special edition balances the grassy sweetness of Holy Grass (a botanical known for its vanilla-like aroma) with the fresh, slightly tart essence of apples. The result is a velvety smooth, aromatic vodka with a light, fruity finish, perfect for sipping neat, with lemonade, or in creative cocktails.

Botanical Symphony
Holy Grass
The hero botanical in our Holy Grass Vodka! It was discovered growing on the banks of the nearby Thurso River by Robert Dick, a legendary botanist. It has a wonderful aroma and was once used on church floors to give a sweet, vanilla smell when walked over, thereby earning itself its religious moniker. Also known as Anthoxanthum nitens
Scottish Apples
Fresh green Scottish apples from Elgin’s Orchard are used to infuse our Holy Grass Vodka and to create an additional apple distillate in our vacuum still, providing the crispest of apple notes!
Cinnamon
Cinnamon comes from the inner bark of the tree and was once traded as currency! Nowadays as a popular household spice it adds earthier, warming elements to many dishes. We distil the cinnamon in our Holy Grass Vodka to complement the sweeter vanilla and apple notes.
