Rock Rose Gin Autumn Edition Refill Pouch
A warm gin bursting with berries and light spice.
Refill your collectable ceramic bottle with one of our fully recyclable pouches. Once empty, use a Large Letter stamp* and pop it in the post — we'll take care of the rest! We are proud to recycle every pouch returned to our distillery.
*Returning multiple pouches? Simply place them together in one envelope, keeping it no thicker than 2.5cm, and get the most out of your Large Letter stamp!

Tasting Notes
Nose
Delicious sweet berries notes on the nose. delicate bouquet of rose, mixed with deeper cardamom and a touch of citrus.
Palate
Spicier elements start to come through from the nasturtium flowers merging nicely with the fruitier notes.
Finish
An earthier finish from the Vietnamese coriander with lingering berry notes.
Botanical Symphony
Nasturtium Flowers
The nasturtium is an annual plant which grows in our garden and geodome. It is a sprawling vine, producing vibrant orange flowers. These flowers are picked and added to our botanical basket and their pepperiness adds spice to our Autumn Edition. The flowers also work well as a beautiful garnish!
Blackberries
Technically blackberries are an ‘aggregate fruit’ rather than a berry. The ‘berry’ is made of around forty small, juicy drupelets which are dark purply-black in colour. This gorgeous colour comes from the wonderful antioxidant, anthocyanins, which blackberries are full of. We select our berries from Caithness Summer Fruits, located not too far from the distillery.
Vietnamese Corriander
With narrow, pointed leaves and pretty burgundy markings this botanical is quite unlike the rest of it’s coriander family. We use the young, tender leaves in our Autumn Edition distillation to provide the spicier notes which complement the berries.

This gin is a real grower. Goes great with a premium tonic and basil to garnish.

Absolutely love the refills service. And the gin is fabulous just a hint of spice and berries. Great served with a fruity tonic. Or with a plain tonics garnished with berries. Definately recommend.

I have a subscription so get each new seasonal gin pouch as it comes out, it was a testament to how nice this one was that I needed to get a refill before Autumn was out. Really enjoy this gin with a wee slice of orange zest. Awesome!
