A classic sweet Old Tom with a zesty finish.
Refill your collectable ceramic bottle with one of our fully recyclable pouches. Once empty, use a Large Letter stamp* and pop it in the post — we'll take care of the rest! We are proud to recycle every pouch returned to our distillery.
*Returning multiple pouches? Simply place them together in one envelope, keeping it no thicker than 2.5cm, and get the most out of your Large Letter stamp!

Tasting Notes
Nose
Bright and zesty with fresh grapefruit coming through.
Palate
Fresh and citrusy but very well balanced with the juniper and lovely notes of vanilla appearing.
Finish
Lasting sweetness with a depth of grapefruit tang.
Botanical Symphony
Juniper Berries
Juniper is the predominant botanical – otherwise it just wouldn’t be gin! We select our juniper from two different countries. Both junipers are subjected to a vapour infusion process and the Bulgarian juniper gives lemon sherbert notes, whilst the Italian juniper gives a real warmth and depth to the flavour of the gin.
Muscovado Sugar
Muscovado sugar is an unrefined cane sugar with a deep molasses flavour. We use it in small quantities to sweeten our Pink Grapefruit Old Tom, and also to enhance the citrus elements whilst adding depth of flavour.
Fresh Pink Grapefruit Peel
A hybrid fruit created in 18th century Barbados once alluringly called the ‘forbidden fruit’. Our distillery team happily peel our pink grapefruits ready for distillation, knowing that they can then take the fruit home to enjoy! Only the peel is used in the distillation to provide beautiful, zesty and fresh citrus flavours.

This is a delightful variation on the original… adds an extra zing to your gin and tonic with no need for any additions but a garnish. When I order the original I also always order this version.

This Gin is just lovely and I also love the fact I can get a refill via post and I can return the pouch so recycling too. Highly recommend

I think this is my favourite gin. It has a great flavour and lovely with plain or flavoured tonic. I love the refill option it is so easy and once you have filled the bottle (which doesn’t take long as it’s usually empty when the refill arrives!) you just pop the pack in the post box to return it.

Rock rose is one of my wife’s favourite gins and it’s great that we can get refills for the fab bottles. As usual, the customer service was great and delivery was quick.

My all time favourite gin. I’m a regular re-filler. Everything about Uncle Tom’s Pink Grapefruit is so subtle. The gin is so smooth yet not overdone on the fruity flavour. My perfect sit down, switch off and unwind accompaniment. And I’m helping the environment!
