North Coast Daisy
This delicious North Coast Daisy cocktail is created with our Mapmaker’s Coastal Spiced Rum, highlighting its coastal character.
Fino Sherry adds savoury depth with a touch of salinity, while bergamot enhances the citrus notes and brings gentle sweetness to balance the saltiness. A salt rim furthers the coastal theme and cuts through the sharp citrus notes of the lime juice.
Ingredients
- 40ml Mapmaker’s Coastal Spiced Rum
- 10ml Fino Sherry
- 10ml Bergamot Liqueur
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
Recipe
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
- Shake hard and double strain into a cocktail glass
- Garnish with a salt rim
