Paired with Cushiedoos tonic, a sprig of rosemary, and a fresh blackberry, this serve beautifully balances fruit, sweetness, and a herbal lift – ideal for cosy evenings or festive gatherings.

- 50ml Sloe Gin
- 150ml Cushiedoos Tonic
- Garnish: Rosemary sprig & blackberry
