Strawberry Fields
Strawberry Fields is a delicious cocktail created using our fabulous Strawberry Lemonade Guest Pouch and Bird & Blend’s Strawberry Lemonade tea!
Strawberry Fields is a light, refreshing cocktail to enjoy in the summery months.
Ingredients
- 50ml Strawberry Lemonade Guest Pouch (or Rock Rose Gin Original Edition)
- 150g Caster sugar
- 3tspn Strawberry Lemonade loose tea
- 25ml Lemon juice
- Franklin & Sons Elderflower and Cucumber tonic
- Garnish: Strawberry & elderflower spray
Recipe
Make Strawberry Lemonade Syrup
- Stir the caster sugar with 150ml hot water until dissolved
- Add the Strawberry Lemonade tea leaves and leave to infuse
- Strain into a sterilised bottle/jar. Will keep in fridge for 3 days
To assemble the cocktail
- Pour the Strawberry Lemonade gin into a glass with ice
- Add 50ml Strawberry Lemonade syrup, lemon juice, and stir well
- Top with the Elderflower & Cucumber tonic
- Garnish with a strawberry and a small spray of elderflower
This cocktail also works very well with Original Edition Rock Rose Gin if you have run out of our Strawberry Lemonade Guest Pouch.
