The Perfect Lady cocktail is a frothy, delightful treat made with Rock Rose Gin Spring Edition.
A classic 1930s gin serve, it’s smooth and fruity with a touch of elegance. Traditionally crafted with crème de pêche, you can also swap in peach schnapps for a lighter, fresher version. Shaken with lemon juice, sugar syrup, and egg white for that signature silky texture, and garnished with peach and basil, The Perfect Lady is a timeless cocktail that feels perfectly suited for spring occasions and celebrating Mother’s Day.
Ingredients
- 50ml Rock Rose Gin Spring Edition
- 25ml Creme de Peche liqueur (or Peach Schnapps for a light version)
- 25ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
- Garnish: fresh peach and basil
Recipe
- Shake the gin, liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white with plenty of ice in a cocktail shaker
- Strain into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish with a delicate slice of fresh peach and a basil leaf
