A Highland twist on James Bond’s iconic cocktail.
Created to celebrate the UK release of No Time To Die, the Vesper Martini remains one of the most famous cocktails in the world, first ordered by James Bond in Casino Royale.
In Ian Fleming’s original recipe, the drink mixed three measures of gin, one of vodka, and half a measure of Kina Lillet. That bold mix was powerful by anyone’s standards. However, because Kina Lillet is no longer produced, bartenders now use Lillet Blanc as a bright and balanced substitute.
Our Old Tom Vesper Martini gives the classic a Highland twist. We craft it with Rock Rose Pink Grapefruit Old Tom Gin for sweetness, Holy Grass Vodka for smoothness, and Lillet Blanc for balance. The result is a cocktail full of citrus and botanicals. And while Bond ordered his martini shaken, we believe it should be stirred – elegant, timeless, and unforgettable.
