Sweet Old Friend
The Sweet Old Friend is a refreshing twist on the classic Old Friend cocktail, crafted with Rock Rose Pink Grapefruit Old Tom Gin, Campari, fresh grapefruit juice, and elderflower liqueur.
The Sweet Old Friend brings together citrus brightness and floral sweetness for a beautifully balanced flavour. Finished with a splash of soda and a garnish of grapefruit peel, it’s a light, elegant cocktail that’s perfect for summer evenings.
Ingredients
- 30ml Pink Grapefruit Old Tom Gin
- 15 Pink grapefruit juice
- 15ml Campari
- 15ml Elderflower liqueur
- Soda
- Garnish: grapefruit peel
Recipe
- Add ice to a shaker and all ingredients except soda
- Shake well until chilled and fine strain into one of our beautiful glasses
- Top with soda
- Garnish with a wee bit of grapefruit peel
