At its heart is Rock Rose Pink Grapefruit Old Tom Gin – a sweet, zesty gin distilled with organic pink grapefruit peel and lightly sweetened with muscovado sugar. Shaken with passion fruit purée and fresh lime, it delivers a vibrant burst of tropical flavour with a refreshing citrus edge. Ingredients
- 1tbsp Orange marmalade
- 50ml Pink Grapefruit Old Tom Gin
- 50ml Passion fruit puree
- 25ml Lime juice
- 25ml Sugar syrup
- 1 Egg white
Recipe
- Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake very well
- Strain into a coupe glass
