This delicious Passion Fruit Sour cocktail recipe is created with our Pink Grapefruit Old Tom Gin, passion fruit and lime.
Ingredients
- 50ml Pink Grapefruit Old Tom Gin
- 50ml Passion fruit puree
- 25ml Lime juice
- 25ml Sugar syrup
- 1 Egg white
Recipe
- Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake very well
- Strain into a coupe glass
